Minutes from both Downtown and College Hill shopping, dining and entertainment, Astor Place is right on the bus lines. Apartments #19 – 24 are one-bedrooms.

The 1-bedroom apartments feature fully equipped kitchens including a dishwasher and disposal, a sunken living room, and separate dining room. All of our units have their own heating and central air, so you control the temperature.

Tenant pays their own utilities (gas, electric and water).  Utilities are NOT included in rent.

(In addition to 1-bedroom apartments, we have several 2-bedroom apartments in this building, at $850 per month.)

Security deposit: Equal to one month’s rent. Income requirement: household take-home monthly pay of $1800 per month.

Renter’s choice: Pay all of security deposit up front or pay 6 equal monthly installments with a 10% administration fee.

Maximum of 2 pets. Non-refundable pet deposit of $100 per pet, and $30 per per month pet rent.

Application fee is $50 per resident age 18 and over.
