Our mission is to bring great people and great homes together. We began in Northside – the very first project was rehabbing the home next door to our founder’s residence. Since then, Rock Island has remodeled hundreds of properties in the Tri-State, including single-family homes, multi-family properties, and commercial buildings. Each project is characterized by attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a passion for marrying architectural interest with modern amenities. Rock Island also provides property management services to landlords.
Community is more than just a collection of buildings. We take pride in making our home-base neighborhood of Northside better. That’s why Rock Island regularly supports our Northside non-profits: WordPlay, CAIN (Churches Active in Northside), NEST, Happen, Inc. and the Village Green Foundation.
